Senior leaders and executive teams operating in volatile conditions, making decisions on incomplete information, and carrying the outcome either way. It runs as a standalone session or as a module inside an existing leadership development series.
Most leadership training works on one. The pressure hits all three.
Most stress starts as an interpretation. We were wired to survive snakes, and now the snake is sitting on a chair in your meeting. Learning to tell the difference changes what your body does next.
Self-awareness and emotional agility, led by Dr. Mihirini De Zoysa. Recognising the trigger, naming what is actually happening, and choosing the response rather than discovering it afterwards.
The layer almost nobody trains. Breath and somatic tools that shift your state in two to three minutes, so you walk into the room already regulated instead of hoping you hold.
We scope the session against what your leadership team is actually dealing with. These are the areas we draw from.
Recognising your own triggers, and what your body does before you have named what is happening. Everything else sits on this.
How emotion shapes a call you believe you are making rationally, and a working framework for deciding when the information runs out.
What sustained change does to a system, yours and your team's, and how to hold steady when there is no firm ground to stand on.
Emotional agility and practices that keep you functioning across a long stretch rather than a single hard week.
Trust and psychological safety, and communicating with clarity under pressure, are available as an extended series. Ask us.

Mihirini leads the thinking and the feeling. How you read a situation before your body reacts to it, how to catch a trigger while it is happening rather than afterwards, and how to make decisions from a reflective state instead of a reactive one.

Jude leads the body. What actually happens to your system under pressure, how to read it early, and how to shift it in two to three minutes. He brings the play zone from athletic performance training into the room, so the tools hold when the pressure is real and not only when the room is calm.
Weekly online group practice is included for one month, and can be extended.
The half day teaches the skill. This is what makes it stick. For the month after the session, your leadership team meets online with Jude once a week for a live guided practice. Same group, same time, no travel.
Regulation fades without a rhythm to hold it. This is the rhythm.
Each practice takes 2 to 5 minutes and can be done anywhere. Everyone in the room also gets access to the Nerv AI companion, which helps them find exactly the practice they need at the moment they need it most.
Some clients want more than the core program. These are scoped on request and built into the session.

Patented neuro-acoustic protocols, personalised from a voice-based neurofunctional snapshot and delivered privately to each person's phone. Headphones only, no wearables or sensors. Sits underneath the training as a daily state-regulation layer.

Doctor-led Ayurvedic consultation and therapy across two Colombo locations, plus residential healing stays at Harmonie by AyuThantra. Added for recovery, sleep and long-term prevention alongside the training.
If what you need isn't here, we scope it. Tell us the outcome you're after and we design around it, drawing on our own practitioners and our partner network.
“I noticed a real shift in how the office felt and how we interacted with one another immediately. It made a sustained, positive impact on our team.”
We scope every session against the real situation, so the first step is a short conversation rather than a brochure.
