"My team is capable, but they are running on fumes. Busy all day, yet the best thinking isn't landing, and I can feel good people starting to drift. I care about my team, and I want them to be at their best."

What's actually happening

What a dysregulated team looks like.

It's not stress, it's unregulated stress. A team stuck in fight-or-flight loses access to the part of the brain that handles logic, creativity, and steady decisions. This isn't a morale issue. It's a capacity issue.

Present, but not really there.

They're at the desk and in the meeting. The thinking isn't. Work that should take an hour takes three, and nobody can say exactly why.

Small things become big things.

Routine feedback turns into a two-day mood. A five-minute conversation gets avoided for a week. The reaction is always bigger than the thing that caused it.

Nobody switches off.

Messages at 11pm. Laptops open on leave. The body never gets the signal that the pressure has passed, so it never recovers, and Monday starts already depleted.

The good ones go quiet first.

Your strongest people stop volunteering ideas long before they resign. By the time you notice the silence, they have usually already decided.

The cost of inaction

What the status quo is quietly costing you.

TurnoverA $70K role can run $10.5-17.5K in recruiting alone, before months of lost output while a replacement ramps.
AbsenteeismStress-related sick leave breaks workflows and loads everyone left.
The productivity taxYou keep paying full salaries for a fraction of the cognitive output.
Quiet disengagementProjects slip, mistakes rise, and the culture shifts from thriving to coping.

The leverage
A 5% increase in focus recovers 2+ hours of billable work per week, per person. For a 10-person team, that's 20+ hours every week.

You're not buying wellbeing. You're recovering capacity you're already paying for.

What you've tried, and why it doesn't hold
Pay rises and promotionsTemporarily stops people leaving, but doesn't stop internal exhaustion. People want a way of working that doesn't cost them their health.
Individual wellness appsLow engagement, and they don't touch the team-level dynamics driving the dysregulation.
Reactive managementWaiting until high-value staff threaten to leave. By then it's too late.
Band-aid wellnessSmoothies, lunch yoga, one-off talks. Short-term relief, no underlying shift.

For teams

Nervous system training
for the workplace.

One program, three parts. Learn it, keep it, prove it.

Part one

The Workshop

90 minutes, on-site or at venue, led by Jude, English or Sinhala

Train the team in regulation: what it is, how to spot dysregulation, and how to shift state in two to three minutes.

  • Live facilitation by Jude
  • Personal protocol for focus, calm and energy
  • Portable tools the team keeps for life
  • Measured before and after, in the room
Part two

The Weekly Practice

Six live online sessions, one a week, led by Jude

A workshop teaches the skill. Practice is what makes it a habit. Six weeks of rhythm, so it holds after the room empties.

  • Six live sessions, one every week
  • Scheduled inside the working week
  • Led live by Jude, not a recording
  • The team practises together, not alone
Part three

The Report

One page, day seven, overseen by Dr. Mihirini De Zoysa

What turns a workshop into a business case: a PhD-backed read leadership can act on, not a soft wellbeing summary.

  • Burnout risk factors named, specific to your team
  • An anonymous pulse, so people answer honestly
  • Scoped from a 30-minute team-lead interview
  • A leadership-ready one-pager on day seven
Part one, included

What the 90 minutes covers.

Ninety minutes, in your office, with the whole team in the room. No mats, no changing clothes, nothing that asks anyone to believe anything. They practise it live and feel the shift before they leave.

What we cover
  • What nervous system regulation is, and why it's the missing layer under performance and wellbeing
  • How to recognise dysregulation in yourself before it compounds
  • How to shift state in two to three minutes, at the desk, on a call, before a hard conversation
  • The science, made simple and immediately usable

Format: 90 minutes, on-site or at venue. Led by Jude.

Part two, included

Six weeks of practice, together, online.

The workshop teaches the skill. This is what makes it stick. For six weeks afterward the team meets online with Jude, once a week, for a live guided practice. Same group, same time, no travel.

Regulation fades without a rhythm to hold it. This is the rhythm.

  • Six live sessions, one every week
  • 30 minutes, scheduled inside the working week
  • Led live by Jude, never a recording
  • On video, from wherever people are working

An app is a solo habit, and solo habits die quietly. A standing session with the people you work with is one that actually gets kept.

Part three, included

A PhD-backed read on your team's burnout risk.

Seven days after the workshop, it lands in your inbox. No extra cost, no add-on, no separate engagement.

You receive a one-page written assessment of your team's burnout risk factors, scoped from a 30-minute team-lead interview and a single anonymous pulse.

It is what turns a workshop into a business case: a PhD-overseen, data-backed read that leadership can act on, not a soft wellbeing summary.

  • Named burnout risk factors, specific to your team
  • An anonymous team pulse, so people answer honestly
  • A leadership-ready one-pager, delivered on day 7

What the client said
“Our team warmed to them and I noticed a real shift in how the office felt and how we interacted with one another immediately. We have a friendly, relaxed office, but our workload is heavy and varied, so keeping a sense of calm matters. It made a sustained, positive impact on our team and how we communicate with each other.”
